A personalized watercolor sketch of your house, hand-drawn by our team of wonderfully talented artists and printed with your choice of text. This makes the perfect housewarming gift, birthday surprise, or Christmas present.

Small- Mount size 25.5x25.5cm (10x10”), image size approx 15x15cm (6x6”)
Large- Mount size 25.5x30.5cm (10x12”), image size approx 18x23cm (7x9”)
Extra Large- Mount size 38.8x38.8cm (approx 15x15”), image size approx 28x28cm (11x11”)

Hand-drawn, digitally colored in watercolor style and printed to order on 200gsm acid free, fine grain artists paper. We won't include people, cars, dustbins, satellite dishes etc, but let us know in your notes if you want anything else removed or added.
We can draw a variety of buildings or scenes - from flats, houses and bungalows, to farms, holiday homes and favorite views. We draw in a sketchy style to capture the home, and color in our painterly watercolor style. The illustration is personalized with your chosen words and digitally printed.

Drawn from your photograph

We can draw whatever building you like! Simply upload your photo with your order or email it to support@mystichot.com. We will draw from the perspective of your image.

If you don’t have a photo, use Google Streetview - go to Google.com, click on ‘Maps’ and enter the address. Click on the street view of the road or drag the yellow stick man onto the map. Use the pointers to locate your house. When you have a good view, click the link icon, copy the link and email it to us, or contact us and we will do it for you. 

For public venues, you can send weblinks to online photos.

How It Works

1- Place an order: Once you place an order, our designers will take action immediately.

2- Production: Once your design is approved, we will enter production mode, which will take some time

3- The final step of shipping: Once production is complete, your order will be carefully prepared for shipping. Please see our shipping policy for detailed delivery times.

Want to design faster? After adding the product to your cart, select the "Preferred" option. You can also choose different shipping options during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

For non-customized products, you can cancel your order for free before it is shipped. For customized products, you need to contact us via email at support@mystichot.com within 2 hours of placing the order to cancel or make changes.

How long does shipping take?

We offer three shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 days delivery, $7.99, free for orders over $79.
  • Fast Shipping: 5-7 days delivery, $19.99, free for orders over $199.
  • VIP Shipping: $29.99, allows us to prioritize your order and ship via fast shipping.

For customized products, please allow an additional 3-7 days for production.

About cancellation and return policy

For non-customized products, you can cancel your order for free before it is shipped. For customized products, you need to contact us via email at support@mystichot.com within 2 hours of placing the order to cancel or make changes.

We support refunds within 30 days. If it is a customized product and there are no product defects or other issues, refunds are not supported. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
